  24. It's probably a "file creator" problem.  All the files on a Mac have an 
  25. ID code that tells what they are and what program created them.  When you 
  26. transfer them over from the Amiga, the Mac just thinks they're text files.

  28. Now the Mac philosophy is "make it easy," so some file requesters only 
  29. show files that are the correct type for that program.  (This drives me 
  30. nuts.)

  32. There are file type conversion programs for the Mac, and CrossMac comes 
  33. with a utility to do this also.
